• Experienced in workstation, mobile, and enterprise support/administration/troubleshooting.
• Very experienced with 365 and Azure, as well as other cloud products. Haven't gotten much AWS yet, but if you're an AWS shop I can't wait to learn.
• Familiar with Windows operating systems, many Linux flavors, and Mac OSX; specifically, server 03-2022, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11, legacy Windows, OSX and up, Ubuntu, Debian, Kali Linux, BusyBox, and mobiles including Windows, Android, and iOS.
• Type at approximately 90WPM.
• Familiar with supporting modern cloud-based VoIP and older PBXs, most recently GoTo.
• Effective in Active Directory environments, including the MMCs (eg. ADUC & ADSI Edit).
• Practiced in basic penetration testing/security and tools: Metasploit, Meterpreter, reverse shells, Aircrack-ng, Hashcat/John, Powersploit, MimiKatz, SSL Strip, and more.
• Trained and experienced in Microsoft Exchange, including the EMC and shell.
• Can automate tasks using Group Policy, Powershell, Scheduled Tasks, Command, Chron, and Endpoint Management software
• Experience with IIS, Apache, WSUS, SQL Server, Sharepoint, Remote technologies including RD, RA, and VNC, virtualization (especially VMWare, Hyper-V, and Xen), Mcafee's ePolicy Orchestrator, endpoint management software, Acronis/VEEAM/Windows/other backups, terminal services including RD and Citrix (including thin client deployments with auto-config), cloud services (particularly Office365, including AzureSync/DirSync, and Office365 Powershell), Office 2000-2019, Filemaker configuration, Spiceworks/ConnectWise/Jira (ticket systems), CallRex (and other VoIP call recording), etc.
• Training in proprietary network appliance operating systems, especially IBM/Dell/Lenovo/NetApp/Nimble.
