This is not a cat, it's a potato

Hire Richard: it's the right thing to do.

Nineteen years IT, fourteen years systems, zero years web design experience.

Very interested in red team, and more experienced than my blue-heavy resume suggests.

Richard is a phenomenal IT professional. He's not only highly skilled, but goes the extra mile to anticipate and explain; even a non-IT human can understand. Seriously: hire him. And don't judge him by his dangerous sandwich theories.
